 Easy Five
Day started off with a brisk thirteen degree temperature, but due to zero clouds and some bright sunshine it got up to a comfortable forty five. I took out the mountain bike due to large amounts of salt on the road and occasional patches of ice and snow on shaded sections of the shoulder. The mountain bike has a protective covering of mud that should protect it from the corrosive salt. Just cruised around town enough to qualify for an outside ride. Weather has been below freezing for a week or so, but ten day forecast looks like I'll hopefully be getting back into the daily riding habit. Still have another week of lifting then it will be daily rides on the trainer or ideally outside.
